Customer must check the order is correct right after reception. Customer must check the products ordered are received in perfect shape, invoiced ammounts are correct and it shows correctly in the invoice included. Please contact us in case of any questions.
All products ordered and included at The Stone Circle store are property of The Stone Circle store until paid in full, even if such products were out of our wharehouse.
Our commercial area hits Spain, European Union and European territory, USA, Canada, Japan and Australia and South America.
For those products which stock is not available, please contact us for availability.

SHIPPING INFORMATION AND RETURN POLICY.

Shipping:

# Shipping fees are 3,75 eur (up to 1 Kg).
During the purchasing process, the shipping fee initially added to your order is the minimum fee we charge for (3,75 eur). For orders over 1 Kg, we we´ll notify you the right shipping costs and the total of the order with an additional email.
For shippings outside European Union, shipping fees may vary depending on the country of destination of the order. You´ll receive an email with the right price quotation including total of shipping costs.

# All orders are shipped via Spanish National Postal Service - CORREOS. Orders are shipped by ordinary mail/ECONOMY.
This service doesn't provide a trackingsystem, and in case your purchase gets lost or damaged we cannot offer you a refund. If you want to enjoy a different shipping method (airmail, courier), please let us know using the formular that appears while the purchasing process. Please allow at least 20 days after payment for your order to arrive.

# Payments:
You have 2 options to make payments to us: PAYPAL and Bank transfer.
Both options you´ll be able to choose from the system once you decide to place an order. Bank details will be notified by personal and private email once the order is confirmed. Please make sure to cover all bank transfer costs when you do the bank transfer as we can not take care of any transfer costs.

Every order payment through PAYPAL is FREE of PAYPAL fees.

We always invoice you after payment is done. An invoice is included within the order.

# Return Policy:
We only accept returns if the product is not able to be used due to SERIOUS damage. Returns are only accepted when the shipping option selected is different from the ordinary mail service provided by our sales system.
So if you want to receive full refund options, please inform us about airmail shipping option for your orders.
